Who We Are

We are a pair of top-level, retired Chicago FDIC bank examiners, each with a wide range of experience. In 2003, we joined together for the specific purpose of providing services that few small or mid-size institutions could afford through full-time staff employment. With many different consulting options available, we can offer you a flexible arrangement to help you identify potential problems as well as develop practical, cost-effective solutions. While based in the Chicagoland area, we provide several reviews/services on a fully off-site basis. Our clients span the country and range in asset size from $100 million to $1 billion.
